Nipples are made of stainless steel and have a long operation life without any problem. Water pressure can be adjusted by a regulator at the beginning of the nipple line. As to avoid any water spillage on the manure band, a V channel is conditioned on every nipples.

Manure bands with tightly conncted polypropylene collect the manure under all cells at every levels. Manure can be hold on the bands up to 5 days. Band is tore and heat proof itself. When the band is operated,the manure drops on V type manure carrying band through the scraper. Pressure rolls only prevent the strecthing wwhen the bands are operated.

Egss are collected by minimizing the broken and cracked egg rate safely with egg collecting system with an elevator, and eggs are collected in egg cell. Eggs can be collected both manually or with time adjustment. Elevator type egg collecting system can be manufactured depending on the demand.
